Information We Collect
- Contact details you provide — name, email address, phone number, company, and the contents of your message — when you reach us through our website, by email, or by phone.
- Project and business information shared with us in the course of working together.
- Call-alert text program data: for The Wright Touch personnel enrolled in our internal call-alert text program, the mobile number provided at enrollment and the related consent record.
- Authorized business bank and card transaction activity retrieved through a connected Plaid account, and invoice or payment records provided through Stripe, when needed for bookkeeping, reconciliation, invoicing, or financial reporting.
- Standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages visited) generated when you browse this site, used for security and site operations.
How We Use Information
We use information to respond to inquiries, deliver services, create and send invoices, process and confirm payments, maintain accounting records, reconcile business activity, prevent misuse, operate our business — including sending automated operational notifications (such as call alerts) to our own enrolled personnel — and comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Vigil Books, Banking Connections, and Payments
Vigil Books is an internal bookkeeping and invoicing system used by The Wright Touch to manage its own authorized business financial activity.
When an authorized user connects an account through Plaid, Vigil Books may retrieve authorized business bank and card transaction activity for bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial reporting. The Wright Touch does not use Plaid to initiate bank payments or transfers, does not collect online-banking passwords, and does not use Plaid account-verification, identity-verification, or consumer-lending products.
Plaid connection credentials, provider identifiers, and raw provider evidence are protected through encrypted storage and restricted administrative access.
Stripe provides hosted credit-card checkout and payment processing. The Wright Touch does not receive or store full card numbers, card security codes, or raw payment-card credentials. Stripe may provide transaction status, payment amount, payer contact details, and related payment records needed to invoice, confirm payment, address refunds, and maintain business records.
Text Messaging and Mobile Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing
We may use service providers for hosting, email delivery, bank and card connections through Plaid, card payments through Stripe, and optional AI-assisted statement extraction or category suggestions through Anthropic. These providers receive only the information needed for their approved service. We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Retention and Security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. Financial, invoice, payment, and project records may be retained as necessary for business operations, tax and accounting records, dispute resolution, and legal obligations.
