The Wright Touch Call Alerts is an internal, operational text-notification program for The Wright Touch's own personnel. Once enrolled, you receive a brief heads-up text when a business call is being transferred to you, and a notice when a caller requests a callback. Enrollment is optional and stands separate from any purchase, account setup, or service agreement — consent to receive texts is not required to use any service or to complete any transaction.
