Text Message Program Terms — The Wright Touch Call Alerts
Effective June 9, 2026
1. Program Description
The Wright Touch Call Alerts is an internal, operational text-notification program operated by The Wright Touch. It sends automated text messages to The Wright Touch’s own enrolled personnel (for example, the owner/operator) letting them know that a business phone call is being transferred to them, or that a caller has requested a callback. Messages are operational notifications only — this is not a marketing program, and messages are not sent to consumers or the general public.
2. Enrollment (Opt-In)
Personnel may optionally enroll in The Wright Touch Call Alerts using a standalone SMS enrollment form. SMS enrollment is separate from any purchase, service agreement, account setup, employment paperwork, or required transaction. Consent to receive text messages is not required to use The Wright Touch’s services or to complete any transaction. Personnel who do not enroll, or who later opt out, may be notified through non-SMS operational channels.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies with call activity — typically fewer than 10 messages per day.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.
5. Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages from this program. To re-join, reply START or enroll again as described above.
6. Help
Reply HELP at any time for assistance, or contact us at hello@thewrighttouch.com or (713) 664-7582.
7. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
